Orders with shopping cart:

2 After selecting merchandise, choose quantity and click on"ADD TO CART"
3 To checkout, click "SHOPPING CART" and confirm the items, quantity and subtotal.
4 After confirming the details, choose delivery service. When the amounts for Order Total Shipping Fee and Tax are displayed, click "Next."
5 Fill-in the Customer Information Sheet and click "Next."
6 Select the payment options.
7 You will receive an automatically-generated confirmation message via email. Please confirm the details of your order.
8 After receiving your order, we will check our inventory and send you the progress report.
9 Your credit card will be charged at completion of the shipment process.

1. When the item selected is sold out, we may not be able to meet your shopping needs. Our merchandise includes many items that are shipped from overseas and often has limited quantity.
2. The images used in our website are the portraits of the actual merchandise. However, the colors seen in photos may appear differently from the actual merchandise.

Returns/Exchanges:
Products may be exchanged at Family Market's expense only under the following circumstances within 3 days of receipt:

-If the customer receives the wrong item.
-If the customer receives defective merchandise.

If you have a return of this nature please contact us no more than 3 days after receipt at info@familymarketonline.com. We will then issue you a return authorization number with further instructions.

Upon receiving the shipment, please make sure that the contents are what you ordered.
   
Returns:

If you believe a product was shipped in error from Family Mart, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days from the date you originally received it. We will exchange the item for free of charge or accept returned item with a full refund.
If the item received is defective or was sent to you in error, please email at the following address within 3 days: info@familymarketonline.com We will assign a Returned Merchandise Code for your claim. Please note we cannot accept any returned items without the Returned Merchandise Code.

  Directions for General Returns:
Please use UPS Ground Service. After receiving your claim, we will send you a UPS label. We cannot assume any responsibility when alternative method was used for a return. We will accept a return/ exchange for free of charge if it is due to an error on our side.
