Q1 How soon can I receive the package?

Q3 Is there a discount for a large order?
A We cover the shipping cost for orders more than $100. Also, we will give you a special gift for orders more than $50
   
Q4 Is weekend delivery available? 
A In principle, delivery is available only from Monday through Friday. Orders received Friday evening and during weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
   
Q5 Can I place an order by phone and fax?
A Yes. We are happy to take your orders by phone and fax.
   
Q6 Can I add items to my existing order?
A We are able to make changes to your order if it is still being processed. Please call our customer service and cancel your existing order. Then, start over using our website.
   
Q7 How can I cancel or make changes to my order?
A Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been shipped.
   
Q8 Can I specify a time for delivery?
A Unfortunately, we are not able to schedule delivers at a specific time.

In "my account" page, you are able to view your order history, manage address book, and confirm points accumulated. You are also able to modify your personal information, subscribe/ unsubscribe to our email newsletter.
   
Q10 Can I return a defective item?
A Yes. We use caution when handling our merchandise. However, we accept exchange/ returns and assume related shipping costs, if a product was damaged, turns out to be defective or has passed expiration date.
